What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Claims Agent position at TPIS?
We are looking for a claims agent who can meet the assigned standards and provide excellent service to our members in their claims process also support and investigate the unique demands of complex claim situations.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and establish the validity of a claim
- Approve or deny those claims that are not valid or that are fraudulent
- Follow up on claims processes
- Management of complaints
- Insurance management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the field
- Bilingual
- Knowledge in insurance
- Management of Microsoft programs
- Studies (Preferable)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary : $31,100 - $39,400
