Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide technical support to the advisory team; anticipate needs
● Strategic Thinking: Engage in proactive and critical thinking to enhance our operations.
● Efficient Task Management: Screen, organize, and manage tasks, focusing the advisor’s attention where it's most needed.
● Financial Plan Creation:
● Complete accurate financial plans in Money Guide Pro
● Perform complex analysis of planning strategies, risks, and opportunities in the areas of retirement planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, asset allocation, asset protection, etc.
● Own the implementation of client planning strategies
● Proactively reach out to clients to formalize their financial plans; respond to client service needs throughout the year
● Stay current on trends in the financial planning area
● Client Meeting Coordination: Stay updated on client meetings, advisor priorities, and project timelines.
● Prepare for and attend client meetings, take notes, complete follow up, and correspond with clients
● Participate and listen carefully in client and planning meetings and translate the discussions into a strategy for data collection and analysis to help drive financial planning efforts
● Develop client deliverables and reports in a timely, accurate, and informative manner
● Continuously stay in relationship with clients and understand their unique circumstances, connections, talents, interests, etc. and anticipate their needs
Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree is preferred
o FPQP®, CFP® or AAMS℠ is a plus
o 1-2 years in the industry and as a paraplanner is preferred
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Superior relationship management skills
o Strong computer desktop skills are required, in particular Microsoft Office tools (Excel) and Money Guide Pro
o Team player eager to share with and learn from the entire team
o Able to be present and aware of what is needed; focused on doing the job well
o Holding a long-term view, seeing opportunities ahead in the future and excited to take the steps to get there over time
o Strong client advocate who does what they say they will do and follow through - Every. Single. Time.
