PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibility of the Customer Relationship Specialist is research and develop strong relationships with current and prospective customers. Through these in-depth relationships, gain insight which will allow you to find solutions that benefit our customers while gaining market share and increasing revenue. The work environment is team orientated and fast paced. The ideal candidate will be a quick study who can think on their feet and react accurately and quickly.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring client needs are met
- Achieve sales/market growth targets
- Create proposals to present to the client
- Research and source potential clients
- Act as the main point of contact for customers to provide a best-in-class customer experience
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:
· Associates Degree
· Must be 21 years old
· Minimum 1 year Customer Service / Sales Experience
· Strong verbal and written communication
