The ideal candidate will be committed to staying abreast of the latest products, technology, and trends and be ready to spearhead the timeless design aesthetic of our firm.

The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple design projects at a time, have strong communication skills, highly detail oriented, organized, and be deadline driven. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of experience. 2D and 3D CAD software experience is required.

General abilities must include:

· Broad based creative designs that encompass all styles of design

· Floor plans

· Framing plans

· Framing Sections

· Kitchen & bath design

· Millwork design

· Interior and exterior detailed architectural design

· Cabinet design and ordering

· Foundation plans

· Electrical and reflective lighting plans

Salary commensurate with experience ranging from $125,000 - $150,000 with opportunity for additional incentives, and bonus.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
