Employment Specialist/Case Manager
This is a complex program working with TANF recipients. Assess participant's work skills, work behaviors, life skills and support needs. Develop Individual Development Plans including work, education and barrier removal. Good computer skills are require to develop and maintain records.
Develop volunteer worksites for program participants. Provide on-going support to participants and site supervisors.
Provide support service funding, as needed and available. mediate. problem-solve and coordinate individualized services for participants.
Teach Life Skills classes
Assist participants in all aspects of job search and placement.
Bachelors Degree Human Services, Social Work, Education or related field required
