Job Posting for BCBA/Clinical Director (Full-Time) at TRAC Therapy Research Autism Center
Salary Negotiable. T.R.A.C. is seeking a full time Clinical Director to assist with managing the clinic in Battle Creek, MI. The candidate must be able to travel at least one time per week to the clinic and a track record of having the ability to attend monthly meetings and track client progress across areas is preferred.
T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking a strong candidate who wishes to have a leadership role and to grow with our organization and those too who have experience in the clinic setting, community and in home settings. The candidate must be result-driven and must be able to collaborate as a team and to be able to support one another as we assist all with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together. Also, he or she must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.
Responsibilities:
The candidates must be able to write result-driven programs and approximately 2 programs for each requested hour of authorizations that take a minimum of 15-20 minutes to complete.
All must be able to work collaboratively and discuss cases (struggles and areas where all were successful) in order for the team to be able to help all clients and their family members to reach their goals.
All must be able to turn in the assessments to the clinical director or clinical coordinator for review prior to submitting them.
Assessments must be able to be conducted in a fashion that is objective with goals that assist the client with being able to overcome the obstacles associated with their diagnoses.
Family guidance and supervision must be conducted in such a way that assists the technician together with the client to be able to reach their personal and professional goals.
Must have knowledge of conducting writing/assessments and writing and implementing programs and targets.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description. (AFLS, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK)
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and train others.
Assist with scheduling and managing the schedule once trained.
All documents pending one possibly being offered the position must be submitted in a timely manner.
Credentialing Documentation:
BCBA certification provided by the BACB and be in good standing per the board.
Must have the certification and qualifications to be able to supervise QBHPs and RBTs per the BACB and Medicaid Requirements.
Must be able to manage people in a social setting and have experience implementing a teamwork environment.
