Job Posting for Regional Sales Manager (Northeast United States) at Track Group, Inc
A key member of the Sales Team, the Regional Sales Manager will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing. This position is located remotely but the employee must be located within the Northeastern region of the United States. Duties include:
Collaborating with Senior Executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Managing a sales in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Attending regional, state, and national conferences to represent the company and procure new business.
Work directly with the company’s marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and follow up campaigns within your region.
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Report on regional sales results
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Assist in the RFP (Request For Proposal) process by conducting due diligence in your region to know when RFP’s are being released and how the company should manage those proposals.
Work closely with your partnered Account Manager in your region to manage current and newly won accounts.
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Proven work experience in higher sales position
Knowledge and experience with criminal justice systems and government procurement process would be preferred
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
Understanding company operations
Ability to perform at a high level
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed, as much as 50% of the time
