What you'll do

The Client Success Manager ensures a successful client experience with all of TrackFive’s services—they provide phone- and email-based support through training, reporting and assistance in marketing and product management. They serve as our clients’ #1 supporter, ultimately creating fierce brand loyalty.

 

The life of a TrackFive Client Success Manager

  • Complete necessary onboarding and training for all new clients
  • Manage client subscriptions and identify opportunities for upsells
  • Achieve client retention goals by providing mind-blowing customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of all client communication in CRM system
  • Partner with administrative department to address any billing issues
  • Monitor and evaluate site performance, user experience, lead flow and quality, and client success metrics
  • Support development team by identifying any problems, bugs, and/or compatibility issues

 

Skills necessary 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service and/or account management
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Genuine people-person that loves building relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
