Looking for an experienced property maintenance worker to join our team. We are a company that has been rapidly growing over the past few years and is now in need of expanding our workforce. We are looking for someone that has skills in general landscaping and handyman work to take our team to the next level. We offer a wide variety of services to fit the needs of our customers. We take pride in our customer relations and strive for our employees to do the same.

Location:

  • Office located in Hyannis, MA
  • Job sites change daily

General Job Information:

  • Paid hourly on a weekly basis
  • Pay is negotiable upon experience
  • Must have in person interview
  • Must be punctual and able to follow our attendance policy
  • New hires are subject to a trial period
  • Must have a valid drivers license and open to a background check

  • Clean driving record
  • Professional with clients
  • Must be able to work in a positive work environment
  • Willing to accept constructive criticism
  • Physical stamina
  • Self-motivated
  • Able to pass a drug test

Job Description

  • General Landscaping and Maintenance
  • Weekly lawn care
  • Edging & mulching
  • Seasonal clean ups
  • Snow removal
  • Minor carpentry repairs
  • Indoor and outdoor painting
  • House washing
  • Waste removal
  • Willingness to work in adverse weather

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
