Director of Operations Company: Tradewinds Title
Location: Pensacola Florida
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement across all operational areas.
3. Team Leadership: Hire, lead and manage a team of operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
4. Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
5. Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service levels and costs.
6. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize operational risks.
7. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of service delivery.
8. Financial Management: Collaborate with finance to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs.
9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals for the CEO.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (5 years) in operations management, preferably in the title insurance or real estate industry.
3. Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
4. In-depth knowledge of operational processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
8. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operations management and reporting.
