As a member of the Product Marketing Team, employee will oversee activities related to researching and defining product assortment. A successful candidate has a strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and ability to manage complex and evolving business challenges. This position will be onsite at our office in Saint Paul, Minnesota and reports to the Vice President Product Marketing.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- Define assortment strategy (OEMs, skus, pricing) for assigned product or service categories based on market opportunity assessments and Trafera potential to differentiate with product and supporting services offering
- Work with finance and sales leadership teams to build category-specific annual forecasts based on market factors (size, growth, market share) and Trafera initiatives
- Accountable for total annual Net Revenue and Product Margin of assigned product or service categories
- Work with procurement team on strategies to acquire product at best-in-class cost - including programmatic support from OEMs and Distribution - aligned with overall business financial objectives
- Incorporate Business Development feedback into product line planning, product launches and pricing strategies
- Other responsibilities as requested
Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field of study
- Minimum of five years of experience in related role
