Working out of our Miami, Florida office, we are looking for someone who is responsible for making sure the movement of freight across the globe is coordinated and executed successfully according to our customer's needs. Your work will support our growing international team.
We teach you the skills necessary to operate in the transportation industry by utilizing our own, proprietary technology. Our rapid growth requires that we constantly add motivated, enthusiastic individuals committed to providing exceptional customer service.
IMPORT COORDINATOR
What the Job Entails:
- Track/ trace air shipments;
- Prepare documentation and manifest of import paperwork for customs
- Communicate with clients, carriers and agents.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in international import procedures
- Computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel and ability/interest to learn new systems)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Someone who is organized and is motivated
- Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible and a team player
- Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun!
- Written and verbal fluency in English
