What are your 3 must haves in a candidate?
- Good knowledge of architecture, Java, backend knowledge
- Been in tech lead role that’s transitioned in architecture role.
- Knowledge of cloud computing
- Knowledge of deployment pipeline
- Microsoft architecture

- Technology leader role, combination of people leadership skills
What are tools/software should these candidates have experience with?
- Java
Typically part of the solution development team, the solution architect is responsible for translating the requirements created by functional analysts into the architecture for that solution and describing it through the set of architecture and design artifacts. Those artifacts are then used by the rest of the development team to implement the solution. The process of defining architecture by the solution architect often involves selection of the most appropriate technology for the problem being solved. Strong understanding and working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture and implementation of medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms.
- 6 to 10 years’ experience designing or configuring systems and/or applications
- 10 years’ experience designing or configuring systems and/or applications.
- 10 plus applicable specialized skill years of experience.
- Micro services, data architecture, cloud computing
Salary : $80 - $90
