Maintenance Breakdown Coordinator -Trailer

Trailer Equipment - Trailer X-Press is currently seeking a maintenace breakdown coorinator for immediate hire.  Our ideal candidate would have excel / data base knowledge, data entry and excellent customer service skills.  We are looking for a customer support rockstar to assign, track and follow up on all trailer road calls, repairs, maintenance, warranty and breakdowns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

• Perform trailer repair and break down coordination
• Assign, track and follow up on all trailer road calls, repairs, maintenance, warranty and breakdowns.
• Communicate with vendor for repair estimate, ETA, parts issues etc.
• Follow up with customer on findings 
• Determine warranty coverage, provide information to manufacture as needed (prepare work estimate, obtain pictures and document CRM#) 
• Obtain approval from customer for re-bill as needed
• Yard map and unit board reconciliation 

Secondary Duties:

• Act as the backup for switcher break down
• Perform in/Outbound trailer inspections
• Document damages
• Prepare damage estimates with pictures
• Communicate with customer of damage, provide repair estimate and obtain PO from customer for approval.
• Coordinate repairs with Service manager
• Update the yard map 
• Update/reconcile “The Board” as necessary
• Prepare lease/rental agreement with Record 360/Go Forms
• Take overnight road calls
