Finishing Editor - Motion Graphics

Trailer Park Group (TPG) seeks a Finishing Editor, Motion GFX, to join its Gaming Finishing department. Our Motion, GFX Finishing Editor role is an execution-based position responsible for maintaining a high standard of excellence in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This position requires deep expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, post-production workflows, client relations, communication, training, reading and understanding client technical specifications, creative problem-solving, and more.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION IN WOODLAND HILLS, CA. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO THIS LOCATION.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the technical side of the Gaming Finishing Department’s operations.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Have an expert knowledge of video, color, and audio specifications.
• Independently interact with internal teams and clients and be able to speak to technical specifications and department operations expertly.
• Independently manage project finishes.
• Report to the Gaming Finishing Department producer.
• Collaborate with department leadership to maintain, review, and develop SOPs and best practices.
• Remain calm and creatively problem-solve in a highly fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility with working late hours and across time zones as needed.
• Able to maintain a high level of operational excellence through long hours.
• Be the face of the Department for all technical issues.
• Bias to action - the ability to think ahead, identify potential issues, and proactively create solutions.
• Resource management.

What You Will Need

• 2 years of Finishing or postproduction experience required.
• Extensive technical expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience leading and managing teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Strong operational excellence skills.
• Ability to deliver results in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Experience in client relationship building.
