Overview: Trailside Brewing/The Grove is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious cocktails, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Duties: - Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks - Create unique and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service - Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations - Process payments using cash registers or POS systems - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and drink orders - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role - Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, drink recipes, and beverage pairings - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in drink preparation - Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) - High school diploma or equivalent We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
