What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plant Nursery Worker position at Trailside Nursery?
Trailside Nursery is looking for motivated individuals to work in the nursery operations department of our busy wholesale nursery.
Day to day activities would include:
- Unloading trees & shrubs off of tractor trailers upon arrival
- Staging inventory (trees and shrubs)
- Maintaining plant material
- Loading customers
- Operating some heavy machinery
- Heavy lifting, 50 lbs
Applicants should be:
- Bilingual, English & Spanish (not required but a huge plus)
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- Highly motivated
- Able to operate heavy machinery
- Able to drive – license required
- Available for a 7am start
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
