Overview
As a member of the Marketing Department's Corporate Communications team, the Corporate Communications Coordinator will play an active role in developing materials around iCIMS’ portfolio of products and services as well as updating and editing the iCIMS Employee Portal. Individuals will work with both Product Managers and Marketing Coordinators to ensure that the marketing collateral accurately reflects benefits and features of products and power-ups. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone interested in learning about B2B marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain product marketing information on the corporate website, employee portal, and Customer Care Site.
- Provide product positioning training and materials for Sales, Client Relationship Directors and Customer Success groups.
- Creation of marketing collateral such as one-pagers, PPT presentations, case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, FAQs and more.
- Develop standardized sales presentations, proposals, scripts, etc.
- Assist in product launch communications.
- Support channel partners with sales collateral.
- Maintain all aspects of the iCIMS Employee Portal, including content and graphic management, weekly updates and internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Ideal candidates are bright, outgoing, self-motivated, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, have excellent writing skills, and can easily switch gears to manage multiple project types.
- Candidates should display a willingness to learn, while also offering their own insight, suggestions and feedback to iCIMS management.
- Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the department and company.
- Strong work ethic.
