What are the responsibilities and job description for the Invoicing Client Care Specialist position at Trajector?
Trajector helps the underserved and at-risk disabled population in their quest to receive all the disability benefits they medically, legally, and ethically qualify for from both government and private entities. We develop medical evidence that helps our clients navigate the complex disability benefits journey to improve their life trajectory.
This position will work with our Trajector management team and partner with our Veterans to create and send invoices. This position is remote and based out of our Gainesville Corporate Office. The Invoicing Specialist will report to a Team Lead and work 40 - 45 hours per week. These hours may be from Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate to clients regarding services provided and status of claims.
- Build, grow, and maintain the client relationship.
- Acquire relevant information pertaining to the outcome of service provided.
- Explain charges to clients so they understand the fees associated with our services.
- Collection and reviewing documents, reviewing accounts, and compiling history of claims to verify the accuracy of an invoice.
- Issue invoices and send them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.)
- Receive payments through various methods (check, online payments, etc.)
- Answer questions from customer regarding bills.
- Report on activity to upper management.
- Performs other duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- 3 years Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively deliver information on the phone six (6) to seven (7) hours per day; notate these customer interactions in our client portal.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail oriented, diligent, and flexible
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast growth environment.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions.
