Responsibilities include:
Process orders received via phone, fax, and email, and enter them into the system.
Field customer questions and inquiries regarding order status, working closely with internal departments to resolve issues.
Provide information to customers regarding products, pricing, and service, and refer more complex questions to appropriate staff.
Perform daily cross-check of prior days order entry to identify and correct any errors.
Prepare and process daily invoicing, bill of lading, and export papers as needed.
Record and address customer complaints, issue credit memos, and reconcile customer credits and rebates.
Prepare customer bids and renewals, and process freight claims for lost or damaged freight.
Provide reporting as required, including daily sales report and AR tracking.
Assist with general clerical duties such as sorting mail, filing, and updating customer files.
Train as a backup on Amazon orders and EDI processes, and assist the Accounting Department as needed.
What you need to succeed:
No degree required.
Previous experience with order processing and customer service.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP/SAP systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay: $22.00 per hour
