- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business is required.
- 7 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3 years of leadership experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; experience with Epicor and One Stream preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational development initiatives and change management activities.
