A customer quality intern will assist with administration of field quality retrofit campaigns and plant quality escape management. Administration will include assisting with follow-ups, status, data gathering, data maintenance, claim approval, reporting, mailing, website/SharePoint maintenance, site access request, assist with creating and presenting training material.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities
- Email for status updates
- Gather & Maintain data in various tools ( Excel, MS Teams, Website, etc)
- Compile & organize data for reporting
- Mail out nameplates & labels
- Approve access to shared sites
- Assist with creating and presenting training material & Standard work templates and guides
- Handle a high volume of written and verbal communications with field offices and manufacturing locations.
- Assist with retrofit bulletin creation
- Assist with retrofit claim approvals
- Must be a full-time student pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree.
- Must be detail-conscious, organized, responsible, and dependable.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Must possess good communication skills
- Ability to function independently as well as in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office program experience required, including: Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel proficiency preferred.
