Summary:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, so as to provide support to the other organizational functions.
- Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
- Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
- Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
- Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

- Manage company information and communications, including website
- Interact and represent Trane Technologies Life Sciences Solutions to customer, employees, suppliers, and the community in order to support company objectives
- Make travel arrangements for co-workers
- Support system entry of invoices, bill of ladings, receipts, and other documentation
- Assist Controller/Assistant Controller as needed (i.e. preparation and submittal of biweekly payroll)
- File paperwork in support of manufacturing operations
- Support purchasing processes and maintain corresponding records
- Purchase indirect materials required by engineering and production
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Handle requests for information and data
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
Education/Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift required

- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
