The role will also be responsible for influencing local/regional resources and the implementation of sales excellence processes, CRM, and other tools available to the Strategic Accounts team to manage the development and pipeline of the team.

The role will also be responsible for influencing local/regional resources and the implementation of sales excellence processes, CRM, and other tools available to the Strategic Accounts team to manage the development and pipeline of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver annual operating plan for strategic national accounts.
- Create, implement, and manage sales programs across distribution channels.
- Develop and own profit and loss statements at the businesS and account levels.
- Assess, develop, and lead a team of strategic account managers to exceed quotas.
- Manage account plan development from strategic account managers.
- Utilize HR team and Talent Management System and processes to effectively work with team to establish goals, manage overall performance management and ongoing development.
- Establish cadence and partner with internal business teams like Legal Counsel, Pricing Team, Finance Team, and Senior Leadership Team.
- Develop information sharing cadence with independent distribution partners, Dealer Sales Offices and Senior Leadership team.
- Demonstrate ability to understand market segments and effectively educate business partners.
- Proven ability to influence others that are not direct reports to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience making presentations and selling to internal key players, new dealers or new customer prospects.
- Executive negotiation skills
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive program specifics, issues and goals through external and internal partnerships.
- Manage time effectively and know when/where to invest and when to defer.
- Being self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Staying focused on delivering segment results.
- Formal understanding of business unit channel dynamics and available sales programs
Qualifications:
Key Competencies:
- Four-year BS/BS degree or equivalent related experience.
- MBA and/or additional project management training preferred.
- Five years of HVAC industry sales and/or marketing experience.
- Experience managing program development and administration.
- Overall knowledge of HVAC distribution and dealer sales.
- 50% travel

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Team skills, both as a leader and team member.
Base Salary: Starts at $150,000 and up based on experience and will include an incentive plan.
