Tranquility Nursing & Rehab is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing for our skilled nursing facility, which specializes in TBI and advanced pulmonary disease.

Our ADON assists the Director of Nursing with leading the nursing department and ensuring superior patient care in accordance with federal, state and local regulations. As a key component to the management team, our ADON will work closely with our Administrator, DON, Medical Director and other department heads to coordinate nursing activities with other facility activities.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse license for the state of Indiana.
  • License must be in good standing with the state.
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer nursing care within a nursing home environment.
