Job Description Summary Provide leadership, direction, execution of strategic objectives while partnering with business, technology, and project teams. Align focus and drive efforts and objectives to the higher organizational strategy while implementing and applying best practice processes and procedures. Responsible for leading and developing staff. Job Description Responsibilities Provide direct management activities and guidance for end-to-end platform, capability or strategic initiatives that will include some to all the following: Project leadership, strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of results. Communicate goals based on organizational objectives tied to strategic vision; assist staff in setting goals and developing performance measures. Research and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop innovative and transformational solutions. Guide teams to overcome obstacles and explore the best possible solutions from various stakeholder and/or system perspectives. Act as a change agent and strive to build unity across business groups. Partner with existing individuals and teams throughout the organization to create a cohesive network of working groups comprised of subject matter experts and stakeholders who are focused on positive outcomes and relationships for the entire organization. Translate business needs into system requirements documentation and explain to the end user in an easy to understand way. Recommend improvements across all aspects of operating model - re-design of organizational structure, process efficiencies and technology enhancements. Identify weaknesses, gaps and opportunities for improvement and report findings in a simple, compelling way. Provide opportunities for knowledge transfer through training and development of others in areas such as operational excellence and productivity improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field Ten years of broad general business experience and knowledge across many disciplines including: Business Process Analysis, Business Analyst, Benchmarking Performance, Project, Program Management, Operational transformation, or strategic alignment Eight years of management experience within Operations, Technology, or large-scale project management experience Demonstrated work experience within business operations implementing process improvement solutions across multiple departments and disciplines simultaneously Broad knowledge of business operations and detailed knowledge of key business areas that include general operations, accounting, claims customer service and insurance products Knowledge of processes, metrics, and systems Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Ability to push past face value of obstacles and explore solutions from a stakeholder or systems perspective Ability to interact with executive level management both internally and externally Customer focused with the ability to work under pressure and multi-task Preferred Qualifications MBA, finance, or technology degree Experience developing reporting capabilities using Oracle. Compensation **Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.** The Salary for this position generally ranges between $110,000 - $146,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. Bonus Eligibility: This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
