Cleaning Specialist in Woods Hole Area - Part Time
Detail Oriented Cleaning Specialist Wanted!
MOTHER HOURS!!
Monday to Friday from 5pm to 7 : 00pm
DESCRIPTION
Loking for a person to clean office areas, vacuum, restrooms, mop small floors and pick up trash. The job takes 3hrs per day from 7 : 00am untill 10 : 00am.
Total hours : 9hrs a week. Days : Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Pay per hour $20.46 Plus$4.60 W&H. Total : $25.06 per hour.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be USA Citizen
- Must filled out job application with all the legal forms including W-4
- Successful completion of Social Security Verification and Background Check
- Must have own transportation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage your time efficiently
- Work well when supervisors are not present
- Ability to lift at least 25lb
- Handle basic maintenance, cleaning and other janitorial work
- Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in a perfect condition
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floor
- Kitchen and restroom cleaning
- Ensure doors are locked after hours
- Notify supervisor or managers of major repairs
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Keep cleaning supplies in stock and organized
