Our client is currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their team.

As the Practice Manager, you can expect to manage a team of committed operational professionals, providing
oversight of the office, leadership and guidance toward achieving organizational goals. The incumbent will
design and implement operational systems to streamline operations and maximize revenue interests. This
position reports to the leadership team. As the Practice Manager, you are responsible for:
- Managing the organization on a daily basis, promoting team collaboration and an excellent client
experience.
- Planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities in the organization, ensuring the
development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the current
and future needs of the organization.
- Overseeing all client servicing and tasks
- Organizing workflow across key divisions of the organization
- Bringing insights into SOPs and efficiencies
- Bringing innovation to client experience standards
- Implementing human capital strategy, processes, policies, and procedures
- Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff in the department
- Providing constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Effectively collaborating with the leadership team on the translation of strategy to operational goals of
the Firm.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to assist staff with their development by emulating the firm’s core
values and operating principles
- Collaborate with the leadership team regarding the operational infrastructure of systems, processes,
compliance, and personnel.
- Manage, assign, and delegate work and provide feedback to operational staff
- Act as a technical resource and provide training and support to staff
- Set up and maintain the CRM system to ensure accuracy and maximize the effectiveness of the data
- Manage and resolve client service problems
- Create and annually update an Office Procedures Manual
- Other duties as required
The culminating goal of the role is to provide an excellent client experience by working closely with the financial
advisors and the entire team. It is an exciting role with insight on - and participation in - the next iteration of the
firm’s growth.
Qualifications for this role include:
- BS/BA
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading an operational team
- Proficiency in computer-based programs and systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Adobe
- CRM
