We are seeking a hospice community liaison is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships leading to referrals and admissions.

  • Conduct market research to determine areas where services are needed.
  • Setting and achieving specific goals and objectives.
  • Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Build relationships with physicians and referral sources.
  • Provide education of services to referral sources and potential patients.

  • Hospice care: 3 years (Required)
