Title: Cycle Count Analyst
Location: Elmhurst
Position Summary:
The Cycle Count Analyst will review and analyze count results from each location following the daily cycle counting process. They will champion the process, working with location-specific management and cycle counting teams, to ensure participation from each location and proper documentation supporting inventory accuracy.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Generate daily count sheets and store in public document storage.
- Enter daily counts into the document management system (DMS) from each location.
- Research discrepancies over set threshold utilizing TransChicago DMS and Freightliner operating systems.
- Generate forms for locations to perform second counts.
- Post all adjustments, communicating if beyond set thresholds.
- Maintain proper documentation communicating deadlines to locations.
- Update supervisor daily of completed first and second counts for proper tracking.
- Complete periodic location audits.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
Education and/or required experience:
- High school dipolma or GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of inventory experience
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
