We are looking for a Repair Supervisor to ensure proper and consistent meeting of repair requirements and responsible for hourly employees, equipment, and materials. We offer a generous benefits package from day one!

Type of Work: Full-time

Schedule: Third Shift - Monday to Friday (09:00 pm - 07:00 am)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate hourly employees in repair activities
• Ensure safe work habits and conditions through training and reviews
• Direct subordinates’ daily activities and maintain their job cards
• Advising the Repair Manager for process enhancements while maintaining standards
• Support the Quality Assurance Department efforts by ensuring compliance with all OSHA, AAR, FRA, company, and customer requirements
• Overseeing inventory levels, participating in audits, and contributing to Production Meetings providing the status of rail cars in process
• Participate in employee interviews, new hire orientation training, and employee performance evaluations
