A Service Associate at Transformational Advisory is an integral part of our team in support of Advisors. This person will support the firm vision, positive culture, and team spirit. They must be reliable, organized and deadline driven. A qualified applicant will be dedicated, goal-oriented and able to work well in both a self-directed and collaborative environment.
The SA is building experience with clients and supports all levels of client relationships. The SA leads the meeting/review preparation and client case prep from start to finish, as well as manage clients service relationship under the supervision of the Advisors. For some SA, the role is a steppingstone to Advisor while for others, the SA is a career in its own right.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support of Clients and Advisors
- Ensures professionalism, promptness, and accurate follow-up on client and advisor requests
- Courteous attention and ownership of incoming client phone calls, in-person visits, and email requests
- Follows compliance requirements to maintain investment compliance program
- Delegates client operational requests to appropriate team member through standard operating procedures, while being accountable for results
- Supports other special projects as assigned
Client Meeting and Case Preparation
- Leads completion of meeting preparation by creating agendas, organizing past notes/actions, updating necessary reports, and finalizing meeting packets per firm timelines
- Acts of point-of-contact for multiple internal teams communication
- Responsible for client meeting note dictation and meeting follow-up including assignment of tasks to appropriate team members and groups.
Client Relationships
- Engages directly and is responsible for client relationship building
- Attends client meetings to assist Advisor in presentation and implementation of a suitable financial plan and/or investment strategy
- Develop your own knowledge of clients by understanding their needs, objectives, goals, concerns, and planning tools available
- Provides outstanding service, in line with firm procedures, to ensure the needs of the client are being met
- Ownership of client review calendar for annual engagement and reviews
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education and Licensing:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Three years industry experience, preferred
- CFP® or equivalent designation, or willingness to attain in first year
- Series 7, 66 or 63/65, or willingness to attain in first year
- Life and health insurance, preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
