JOB DESCRIPTION

T.NETWORK is looking for a customer service representative who will act as the first point of contact for responding to customer inquiries. The representative will work with the management team to stay up to date on the company's services and products and operational procedures to answer customer questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Interact with customers to provide information and support in response to inquiries about services.
  • With your strong communication skills, you will handle and resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Active learning.
  • As the first contact to support the end user, help end user resolving problems.
  • Guide end users to better use the Website and Portal to improve the website and portal capabilities.
  • Record unsolvable problems, create ticket and assign ticket to next support level(L2) resource.
  • Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other jobrelated duties requested by any person authorized to give instructions or assignments.

  • To perform this job successfully, the candidate will possess the skills, aptitudes, and abilities to perform each duty proficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years working experience in transportation, logistics, warehousing, or other related industries.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be very detail-oriented.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy, always be proactive in handling all matters.
  • Strong skill in Excel and technically literate, be able to learn and use systems quickly.
  • Minimum 2-years college degree preferred.
