This is a full remote role in Vienna, Austria.
You’ll be a strong conceptual thinker who can develop scalable creative ideas and apply them to branding, advertising, and marketing campaigns. What you’ll be doing (at least one or several of the following):
- Write compelling stories that achieve business objectives
- Lead from the front through big creative ideas and concepts, run workshops and collaborate with other members of the creative team to deliver for clients
- Craft high-impact marketing and advertising campaign copy, headlines and narratives
- Optimize content for email campaigns including engaging subject lines, tags, and landing pages
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create effective pitch decks and client presentations
- Develop UX-friendly web copy for websites across a broad range of industries
- Edit and proofread long- and short-form copy, supporting junior team members with feedback
- Present creative work and concepts internally and to clients
- Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and process, even as project demands evolve
- Take ownership of projects and ensure they meet time, budget, and quality parameters
- Continuously learn and develop your professional skills
Qualifications:
- Several years of copywriting, content and concept experience (online and traditional) in an agency or in-house setting
- Experience working in B2B or business marketing in complex categories
- Fluency with Microsoft Office/Apple software (Word, PowerPoint, Keynote); knowledge of Adobe Creative suite a plus
- University degree (undergraduate level or equivalent) in Communications, Marketing, Design or another creatively/culturally interesting field OR equivalent work experience
- Interdisciplinary skill set (and versatility): Digital-traditional-social, Advertising-marketing-content, Long-form and short-form content, Left-brain-right-brain-creative-strategic
- A well-rounded portfolio that reflects innovative copy and high-impact concepts for diverse industries
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal (Romanian and English; additional languages a plus).
- Fluency in English and German, experience working in an English-speaking environment preferred
