Remote Project Moderator

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9:00 – 6:00 PM (PDT - Pacific Time Zone)

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking a remote Project Moderator to join our team for a new data collection project starting the week of May 6th. As our Moderator, you will assist and guide participants in collecting high-quality videos using a simulated voice assistant. You will work directly with participants to ensure the proper execution of data collection requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.

We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication skills, are diligent and detail-oriented, and can work somewhat independently. The successful candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment with experience in customer service.

Role Summary

The Project Moderator will work remotely and will be expected to foster a positive participant experience. The Project Moderator will guide participants through protocol tasks, troubleshoot devise issues, offload data, manage logistics, provide daily reports, and lead the overall high-quality data generation for this effort, day-in and day-out.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand project documentation to assist participants
• Interact with participants and lead them through the data collection project
• Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
• Acknowledge and resolve participant issues, escalate unsolved issues
• Interact with various hardware & software
• Use Client tools to label/tag data
• Provide daily reports to the Project Manager and Production team

Role Requirements

• Available to work weekdays Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PDT (although remote, candidates must be able to work on Pacific Time Zone)
• Ability to relay complex instructions, clearly and concisely to remote participants
• Experience in data collection and/or moderating user studies
• Able to work remotely for the duration of the project
• Experience with Mac OS and iOS devices
• Fluency in English
• High attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Integrity and strong work ethic
• Report creation, monitoring and updating
