What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reporting Supervisor position at TransPerfect?
The Reporting Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Reporting staff to create and maintain ad hoc and timely, highly accurate reporting to support contact center operations. The Reporting Supervisor will work directly with the WFM and operations staff to assist with reporting inquiries. This role will develop, train and mentor new and existing Reporting staff. The Reporting Supervisor will also develop professional reports, dashboards, and charts to Operations leadership to provide an overview of KPIs and relevant information.
DESCRIPTION
- Supervise Reporting department personnel and the Reporting function to ensure all necessary reports and dashboards are delivered consistently accurate and within the desired specified time frames
- Develop and maintain audit and validation tools for all reporting aspects
- Act as a strong coach and mentor to develop and train reporting staff
- Evaluate reporting process malfunctions and adverse events for Workforce Management
- Provide business intelligence reports for planning and performance purposes
- Review current Command Center processes for automation, efficiency, and scalability
- Develop effective relationships with Workforce Management staff, Operations staff, and leaders
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Data Supervisor or Analytics Manager
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, SAS)
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience is a plus

- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Two to three years of supervisor experience
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management, or a related field a plus
