Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Associate Director to support our Edinburgh infrastructure design team.

Responsibilities:
You will have demonstrable business development credentials ideally with a focus on the Scottish markets. This role will essentially be leading on design projects through established and developed client contacts, with an expectation of building a solid workload to support the development of and enhance the existing team in Edinburgh.
This will involve providing project management and technical support, managing staff and providing support with the mentoring and development of junior team members.
The candidate will be expected to take individual responsibility for projects, manage them and be the client’s main point of contact, instruct, supervise and mentor junior staff as well as support their professional development.
You will need to demonstrate relevant technical and market knowledge and experience of working on projects for the public and private sectors across the UK.
Experience required:
Preferred Qualifications
Degree or Masters in a relevant subject (e.g. Civil Engineering).
Professional Accreditation, such as CEng, IEng , CIHT, MICE,
