Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. is looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our fleet service shop at the Walmart Distribution Center in Auburn, IN. This is a great opportunity to build a long lasting career for those looking for a change!

Job Duties: 

• Perform general repairs on trucks - coolant system, fuel system, electrical system, drive train, brakes, suspension, A/C (must be EPA 609 Certified)
• Perform brake replacement on trucks and trailers, certified to do brake replacements
• Repair Trailer/Truck ABS brake system
• Certified to do FHWA/DOT inspections on trailers and trucks
• Perform tire replacement/mount/dismount/flat repairs/balance 
• Minor Trailer repair and diagnostics 
• Perform body, structural, rear door and electrical repairs on trailers
• Perform APU repairs and service
• Perform road service work
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Considerate and respectful attitude toward both internal and external customers
• Highly motivated to do what it takes to get the job done
• Willingness and ability to work with others and be a team player
• The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must hold a clean and valid driver's license
• Must possess a toolbox and required tools
