Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for ensuring that technology is implemented smoothly across the organization by implementing and executing a digital adoption program. This will include working with internal and external stakeholders, identifying barriers to adoption, creating and deploying training and communications regarding tech, and managing digital adoption projects. This position will report to the Digital Adoption Manager.
CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Fully understand new technology functions, features, and expected benefits to the organization and customers
- Develop and implement internal and external adoption and communication strategies for new technology platforms, applications, features, and enhancements
- Develop and maintain communication between the Products Team, Marketing, and stakeholders
- Assist in delivery of technical training programs that will prepare employees to use available technology and tools
- Determine the most effective communication and training methods to introduce new technology products
- Create and lead instructional classes, videos, and platforms to instill technology knowledge and skills within the organization
- Create multi-media content (PowerPoint decks, PDF’s, videos, etc.)
- Manage digital adoption projects across the organization
- Monitor and analyze the use of new technology as well as establish success metrics and objectives for new technology that focus on ROI and other tangible and intangible benefits
- Create a positive and energetic atmosphere around new tech products
- Complete required training
- Perform other related duties assigned
SUPPORTING DUTIES TO THE CRITICAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to recognize gaps in business process as it's related to technology and recommend a resolution plan
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Ability to use a variety of training techniques as required for different learning styles
- Must be able to write effectively and present research, analysis, and conclusions in a persuasive manner and build relationships with professionals at all levels of the organization
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, tech, or learning and development, or relevant industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Curious nature with a desire to seek new ways of engaging employees in using technology
- Ability to provide timely and responsive support for business partners
