Transteck is seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for our Freightliner of Harrisburg dealership located in Harrisburg, PA. Job Description:
- Administration of a high-volume switchboard and routing calls to correct departments
- Daily reconciliation of cash and credit cards and preparation of bank deposit
- Reconciling cashier drawers for service and parts department
- Scanning documents into CDK software
- Filing vendor invoices
- Posting high volume A/P invoices daily
- Reconcile major vendor statements
- Check credit reference for credit applications
- Track W-9, Certificates of Insurance, and tax exempt forms
Requirements for position:
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong work ethic and reliable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computers
- Previous automotive or truck dealership accounting is helpful
- CDK software experience is helpful
