Advisors for various and unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. (HQ: Chicago, IL). Advisor/Product manager owns planning and execution of a product roadmap by defining solutions for Fraud Identity prevention. Their role is to take a product from concept initiation through product delivery engaging cross-functional teams including architecture, engineering, legal & compliance, line of business, product marketing, partners, sales and operations. They are the internal go-to subject matter and industry expert for one or more fraud services to empower others and drive broad engagement. Conceptualize and refine intent, and direct the execution of complex technology solutions. Develop monitoring requirements, analyze and report on product adoption, KPIs, synthesize customer feedback, & the competitive landscape. Provide thought leadership on business cases, architecture alignment, and delivery approach that influences strategic product roadmap(s) development. *Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field plus four years of experience in the job offered or as a Specialist or in Software Development required.
