Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to multiple departments, including but not limited to property management, leasing, development, and finance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls for department heads and team members.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members.
Maintain and update departmental files, databases, and records accurately and efficiently.
Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
Help manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
