The Transwest Office Administrator is an integral part of day to day financial operations for the branch.

- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Maintain bank deposits and petty cash.
- Code invoices and submit to Accounts Payable.
- Collect payments (cash and/or credit).
- Communicate with vendors and customers.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal / written feedback in a professional manner.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.
- Excellent ability to communicate effectively with both customers and fellow co-workers, in written and verbal form.
- Experience with Google Suite applications, a plus.
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
