Service Assistant

Transwest is looking for a Service Assistant at our Brighton, CO location. Learn the vehicle systems (electrical and HVAC) and other mechanical and manufactured components Provide direct troubleshooting guidance to customers Work within and enhance the tracking system that allows Transwest to monitor and address areas of concern and drive quality improvements. Respond to escalated issues with a quick and accurate resolution Other duties as assigned by the manager.   WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES: Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time. Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer. Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 35 lbs. Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner. Normal range of hearing and vision.        REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing. Ability to multi-task. Organized, detail oriented. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to work any shift, including nights.
