This Office Assistant position comes with a competitive wage of $17-$19/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSISTANT
We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. As an Office Assistant, you perform a variety of tasks such as emailing, processing paperwork, basic HR functions such as collecting time sheets and processing payroll, updating tracking systems and calendars, collecting payments, sending thank you notes and reminders for maintenance, and basic HR functions including collecting timesheets and processing payroll. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. Are you good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized? If so, then this position may be for you!
Additionally, you are the first point of contact for our customers both in-person and over the phone. With your excellent customer service skills, you answer questions and schedule appointments. Supporting our HVAC field team, you assist with dispatch and keeping all jobs updated. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Willing to work long days as needed
- Previous experience with dispatching software such as Service Titan and Field Edge
