Position Summary
Trapper’s Sushi is looking for dishwashers to staff all shifts. The ideal candidate believes in showing up on time for work, providing other employees with assistance in the kitchen as needed and following all sanitary and health-related protocols. Job Type: Variable Hours
Starting pay: $15.00 per hr.

Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No experience is required but is encouraged; training provided as needed.
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills.
- Able to safely operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 20 lbs.
- Committed to working hard and being reliable.
- Able to work in a hot, humid environment and stand for 8-hour shifts
Duties and responsibilities
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
- Load and unload dish washing machines.
- Wash specific items by hand. (e.g. rice pots, very large cookware and delicate glassware)
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately.
- Ensure there are enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary.
- Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, bathrooms, and restaurant dining area as assigned, including the floors.
- Other duties as assigned.
