Overview:Footwear Customer Service Manager - FULL TIME
Skills:
Sales oriented with a sense of urgency
Strong customer orientation resulting in a rapport with the customer and confidence in Trav’s Outfitter products
Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and over the telephone, including the ability to present information, issues or discrepancies to customers and co-workers with tact and diplomacy
Ability to explain difficult concepts to consumers; able to discern the consumer’s issue and ask the appropriate questions to understand the issue or problem
Building strategies for improving the overall customer experience
Organization skills; prioritize work
Initiative-taker, intrinsically motivated, open minded, team player
Tenacity: ability to find the correct answer
Patience/Empathy
Requirements:
Proven experience in retail & customer service
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent communication skills
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
Organizational skills are imperative, multi-tasking is a must
100% proficient in word and excel, quick learner on company's software
Outgoing personality with high energy
Belief in Trav’s Outfitter’s core values and processes
Must be teachable and be ready to adhere to company policies
Must be available to work impromptu, depending on business needs

Expert Experience:
High School Diploma, or General Education Degree (GED) and 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
