At TWB, our main focus is on delivering memorable and life-changing experiences for our student travelers and their teachers, our clients.

We have a sincere passion for the growth of young people, and we know the way their lives are altered when they leave the boundaries of their city or county.

Our success is grounded in the ability to relate to our teacher clients and anticipate their needs. As a staff, we work together to offer the highest level of service and create a truly outstanding experience for our clients, both during the planning phase and as the trip is happening.

We are bonded through our shared passion for student travel, and we find joy in working together to get the hard problems solved.

Our approach is collaborative and supportive, and we regard each team member as a vital piece of a very important puzzle.

We find joy in the work we do, and that comes through in the interpersonal relationships we maintain as a bonded group of coworkers and friends.

The collaborative approach to our team is only successful because we each are accountable to independent roles for our projects.

We place value on relationships (with each other, clients, and vendors), and believe in professional development. We are growth mindset people and are always willing to evolve our processes to deliver a better experience to our clients.

Our roles are fast paced, but our office is mostly quiet with a small team.
