Under the direction of the Site General Manager, the FMT is responsible for coordinating and performing general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Fuel Dispensers, mechanical equipment, boiler systems, fire protection systems/equipment, and environmental control systems. Maintaining an up to date filing system of equipment records, inspection records, blueprints, purchase orders, and work orders. Ensure proper accounting of costs associated with equipment and services are charged to the appropriate departments.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs work to include the installation, inspection, repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Fuel Dispensers, mechanical equipment, boiler systems and environmental control systems in all departments.
- Does general repairs such as painting/caulking, patching walls, security hardware, roof repairs, pavement repairs, tile and floor repairs, hanging shelves, facility lighting and landscaping.
- Coordinates the work of outside contractors to ensure scope of work is being performed correctly. Inspects work for completeness.
- Maintains appropriate inventory of material, equipment and supplies.
- Possession of a current and valid motor vehicle operator's license 6. And other duties assigned by
Management Qualifications
- Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with Site Managers, employees and vendors/contractors.
- Ability to install, inspect, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing and other related systems electrical, HVAC, Fuel Dispensers, mechanical equipment, boiler systems and environmental control systems in all departments.
- Ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Ability to update inventories and other supplies as needed using excel spreadsheets and/or other computer software systems.
- Ability to understand complex written and oral instructions to include schematics, blueprints and instruction/operation manuals.
- Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
- Ability to work with-out continuous direct supervision.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment to include, tow motors, snow removal equipment and basic hand tools
- High School with Vocational training in general maintenance and equipment repair.
- Three to five years experience in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities that would include the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing, HVAC, Fuel Dispensers, mechanical equipment, boiler systems, fire protection systems/equipment, and environmental control systems.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds. Requires strength in upper extremities and torso to perform maintenance related physical tasks.
- Frequently bend, stoop and reach in order to perform day to day maintenance job duties, under. Must be able to use arms above head/shoulder level. Need to work in tight spaces.
- Climb steps and ladders.
- Stand/walk for shifts up to eight hours (short breaks are provided throughout the shift).
- Aid and assist customers at finding and reaching desired products, when necessary—including providing special assistance to handicapped customers.
