Job Posting for Front Desk Clerk at Travelodge/Quality Inn
We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, taking reservations, and providing information about the hotel and local area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- In-person

- Front desk: 1 year (Required)
